pot roast....
I totally scored a slow cooker today in our department “White Elephant”. I’ve been thinking about buying one for months. I can’t wait to make some pot roast in this son of a bitch.
Thoughts on brew
Today went quite smooth with the brewing I think. No accidents or anything crazy and only a few close calls to serious boil overs. Like I said before, its a much different perspective. I’ve helped friends brew before and have been very involved but brewing your own batch is much different and way better. As a helper, well, you just help.
