I was looking through some pictures and came across this one…a rare with Moose with short hair and beard. A must post. Dirty Dudes!
Hahaha! Sweet find, that’s probably the last time I cut my hair

The beer was a huge hit. I’m super excited and happy about it. I received several compliments from beer drinkers alike and three people said its the best home brew they’ve ever had. I brought 32 beers and at the end of night there were none of mine left in the cooler. Two people even took some home. A serious feeling of accomplishment.
The final labeled product. This beer was brewed for a prohibition themed party and the last party at Alisa and her bro’s old residence. It’s being premiered tonight. I hope it’s a crowed pleaser. If not I’ll have some beer to take home.
Tried out Irish red round two and I’m very happy with it. It’s really what I wanted out of it and its a little more hoppier than the last batch. The butteriness displaced from the yeast really helped out the back end to mellow the hoppy flavor. The change in hops, malt and using decent yeast really was useful.
The new ride. A huffy I got through work for 5 yrs of service. Better than nothing and for free so I can’t complain. Excited to try her out tomorrow.
Irish red round two. Used a little more malt than last batch and changed one of the hops. Estimated guess from readings show a future 5.5-6 abv. A sharp hoppy floral and tiny spice taste that mellows and darkens nicely. I’m really looking forward to the outcome.
Tennessee bound to see my sister and family for a few days with my dad. Was only able to sleep 3 hours and been going since 1:30 this morning. Though I have to say I’m feeling pretty good.
